| It was a very exciting time looking for a new house. Kile was so very patient with us, showing us house after house, gently guiding us to the right house for us. It took a long time to find just that right one, but Kile always kept saying not to worry, the right one will come up. And it did. He represented us in our deal above and beyond what any other realtor would do, as we had some very unique requests. The deal was successful thanks to his talents, and we got a good deal. We were moving!! So next came the sale of our old home. Kile and his team came in took pictures, put up a nice sign, advertised it, and let us know what we might want to look at to help the sale. It took no longer than 3 weeks before it was sold. That was really fast considering the house needed some work. He knew how to get the job done. He was very confident, and what he didn’t know about he always found out. He always got back to me about any little question I had. I felt very well taken care of in all my transactions with Kile.
